With over 15 years of dedicated experience, Viva, began with a heartfelt mission: providing essential cleaning services for those in our community who needed it most.

Our journey started by serving seniors and individuals with disabilities, offering discounted rates and, in many cases, completely free services to ensure everyone has access to a clean, healthy living environment.

Today, we've grown into Phoenix's most trusted cleaning service while maintaining our core values of compassion, quality, and community service. We continue to provide special rates for those in need because we believe everyone deserves a clean, comfortable space to call home.

Our Cleaning Services

Residential Cleaning Services

  • Viva Cleaning Services LLC provides basic cleaning services exclusively for people with disabilities and senior citizens. Our basic cleaning starts at $25.

    Service details:

    • Eligibility: Available only to clients who are seniors (65+) or people with disabilities.

    • Starting rate: $25 for our basic cleaning package. Final price may vary based on home size, condition, and specific needs.

    • Basic cleaning includes: dusting, vacuuming/sweeping, mopping, kitchen surface wiping, bathroom cleaning (toilet, sink, tub/shower), and trash removal.

    • Scheduling: Appointments available by request; please have verification of eligibility ready when booking.

    • Safety and care: Staff are trained to work respectfully and safely with seniors and people with disabilities, and to follow individualized instructions.

    • Custom needs: Additional services or accommodations can be arranged for an extra fee.

  • Scheduling Flexibility:
    Choose what works best for you—weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning services tailored to your specific requirements.
